Further information on this can be found in Facebook's data protection statement at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account. <7. privacy policy for the use of Twitter

.

11. privacy statement for the use of Google +1

.

Using the Google +1 button, you can publish information worldwide. Via the Google +1 button, you and other users receive personalised content from Google and its partners. Google stores both the information that you have given +1 for a content, as well as information über the page that you have viewed when clicking +1. Your +1s can be displayed as notices together with your profile name and your photo in Google services, such as search results or in your Google profile, or elsewhere on websites and ads on the Internet. Google records information about your +1 activities in order to improve Google services for you and others. In order to be able to use the Google +1 buttons, you need a globally visible, public Google profile, which must contain at least the name chosen for the profile. This name will be used in all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name that you have used when sharing content through your Google Account. The identity of your Google profile may be displayed to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you. In addition to the uses described above, the information you provide will be used in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/). Google may publish aggregate statistics about users' +1 activity or share these statistics with our users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or affiliated websites.

.

The newsletter is sent using „MailChimp“, a newsletter sending platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on MailChimp servers in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, according to its own information, MailChimp may use this data to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimisation of the dispatch and presentation of the newsletters or for economic purposes in order to determine the countries from which the recipients come. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass it on to third parties. We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement „Privacy Shield“ and thus undertakes to comply with the EU data protection regulations. The revocation can be made via a link in the newsletters themselves, in your profile area or by sending a message to the contact option above.

15.

15. Integration of third-party services and content

.

It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this online offer. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as „third-party providers“) perceive the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary for the presentation of this content. We make every effort to only use content whose providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as this is known to us, we inform the users about this.

16 Data security

.

We use technical and organisational security measures in order to protect the data we have under our control against manipulation, loss, destruction and against access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments on the Internet. We also have a firewall (security software) to protect internal information from the Internet. All information we receive from you is protected by a secure server. The server's SSL (Secure Socket Layers) security software encrypts all information you enter before it is transmitted to us. The information is only decrypted once it has reached our server.

.

17. Duration of storage of your data

.

The data you provide us with will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which you provided us with your data or to comply with legal requirements. If you have given us your express consent to use your personal data for advertising purposes (e.g. registration for the newsletter), we will use your data for these purposes as long as you do not revoke your consent. The consent you have given can be revoked by you at any time with effect for the future.

18. Information, revocation, deletion and responsible body

.

Based on the legal provisions, you can contact us free of charge if you have any questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data and the correction, blocking, deletion or revocation of consent given. We will respond to all reasonable requests free of charge and as soon as possible in accordance with applicable law. Furthermore, we would like to point out that you have the right to correct incorrect data or delete personal data, provided that this claim does not conflict with any legal obligation to retain data.
