Delivery time

The period for delivery begins in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a recognised public holiday, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

The delivery time varies depending on the selected product, the selected delivery time and partly also by the selected payment method (e.g. prepayment). Here you will find a summary of all the information.

This is how the order receipt is calculated

The stated delivery time of, for example, 3-5 days is always calculated starting from the order receipt. An order is considered to have been received when the correct print data and payment have been received. For invoices, the receipt of payment is of course irrelevant.

The exact time for the order entry is displayed individually after the product calculation. For almost all products, the order entry time is 09.00. Exceptions are e.g. products with UV varnish or offset products. Please note that the order receipt shown always applies for data and payment.

Please never choose the standard delivery for orders with critical deadlines!
